Assistant Agent

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated person, eager to experience everything the Real Estate industry has to offer.
This is an ideal opportunity to learn all aspects of the sales process and be mentored, trained, and coached along the way.

THE ROLE
​
Your focus will be:
​

Primarily generating leads through a range of different prospecting methods
-
Support in all aspects of the sales process

Attending sales meetings and training
-
Buyer follow up
-
Assisting with inspections and open homes
​
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
​
-
Reliable car and valid QLD driver’s license
-
Current QLD Sales Certificate of Registration or happy to obtain one
-
Strong ability to build relationships with all types of clients
-
A resilient, driven, and enthusiastic self-starter

High level of professionalism and personal presentation

Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills

A passion for real estate with the desire to succeed

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, whilst working to deadlines
